BS”D This is the first Ma’amar of a Hemshech (series) of two. Both of these Ma’amarim were said in conjunction with 12-13 Tamuz 5726, the year that the Previous Rebbe was entering into his 90th year and beginning Kapital 90. The Rebbe speaks about this in his Chassidus for both occasions connected with these: Shabbos Chukas 12 Tamuz and Chag HaGeula 13 Tamuz. We're addressing the question of Tefilla LiMoshe (Tefillas Ashir according to the Zohar), a rich man praying, where the obvious question is how does one who has everything Daven, when Davening is predicated by LACK?
